Abstract:A vector presentation of the areas that make up the Delaware Strategies for State Policies and Spending. This data set presents polygons within the State of Delaware that correspond to the Investment Strategy Levels 1, 2 and 3 in the Delaware Strategies for State Policies and Spending Document. Areas not represented in this data set are assumed to be either Out of Play or in Investment Level 4.
Purpose:To provide guidance to state, county and local land use managers and to decision-makers at all levels to coordinate land use decision-making with the provision of infrastructure and services in a manner that make best use of our natural and fiscal resources.
Supplemental Information:This data set was developed as part of a five-year update of the Strategies for State Policies and Spending document, originally approved in December 1999.
